Mission:
The Information Center provides computer access to information from the Minnesota River Basin Data Center located on the campus of Minnesota State University, Mankato.  The Water Resources Center keeps data upgraded, with research results on water quality test, etc., readily available for public use.  The Information Center provides an easily accessible off-campus site for researching this valuable information.  The Riverside Park location also serves as the office for Coalition for a Clean Minnesota River (CCMR).

The History Center documents and compiles regional history through hands-on displays, photographs, newspaper articles, and ongoing slide presentations during event weekends.  The History Center also sponsors a River Ranger project of environmental education programs, field trips, and clean-up outings.

The Center can be opened for special visits upon request.
